What is 15 times greater than 13?

Let's assume the answer = 195 (since 15 x 13 = 195). Then shouldn't this statement be true?:

195 is greater than 15 x 13.

But that is not true. 195 is not greater than 15 x 13. It is the same!

To make it greater, we could make make a formula like (a+1)b where a=15 and b=13 to get this answer:

(15 + 1) x 13 = 208

But if that is the case, why not simply say "What is 16 times 13?" instead of saying "times greater than?"
