Let's assume the answer = 850 (since 10 x 85 = 850). Then shouldn't this statement be true?:

850 is greater than 10 x 85.

But that is not true. 850 is not greater than 10 x 85. It is the same!

(10 + 1) x 85 = 935

But if that is the case, why not simply say "What is 11 times 85?" instead of saying "times greater than?"
